I am about 6 weeks pregnant and although I do not get morning sickness in the morning or through out the day, when bed time comes, I get dizzy. I usually read right before turning off, and I am usually asleep within a 1/2 hour. Now, it has even taken me up to 4 hours to fall asleep. I get dizzy which is followed by nausea. Just when I'm falling asleep, I need to urinate and then I have to start all over. I did notice though that once I get up from bed to urinate, I am no longer dizzy until I get into bed again. Last night, the same thing happend and what eased the dizziness was my husband holding me from behind. Tonight, I also got dizzy which is why I am writing.Has any one had this happen to them? Is this normal? What can be causing this other than the obvious, my pregnancy? What can I do make it go away? I really need some advise. I am getting to point where I only sleep 6-8 hours. It sounds like a good amount of sleep, but it's not when you're pregnant.

I looked at the Menier's disease and that is not at all how I feel. I don't feel like anything is spinning, I just feel dizzy. I have noticed that during the dizziness, I am hungry. Could that be the problem?
Thanks for all your comments by the way!
