Everyone should share what they know and answer intelligently .
People who ask questions in P&S expect intelligent answer because it might be they spent 5 points asking the questions . And hope that the points is not wasted.

Depends.
I don't expect quality answers in Polls & Surveys, but I do expect decent answers in the Sciences, & other serious categories.
