Okay I cheated on her for a long time and she found out about it ..no big deal. So then she calls me on my cell today and tells me she's coming to my house to "kill my soul". I hang up in her face and turn off on my lights so she thinks no one is home whenever she comes and im looking out a window and see a black car slowly drive by the house to times and then it didnt come back. This was also my fiance, I was thinking about apologizing but do you think it's safe? I found a knife under my pillow and I was babysitting earlier today so I don't know if one of the kids did it.

If the sex was so good why did you feel the need to cheat? Men are so greedy. Anyway, yeah just tell the police to give her a call and warn her. I've had to do it before. It will scare the hell out of her and if she was thinking of doing something stupid she'll think twice. If something happens to you she would be the number one suspect.

I would not have taken her threat as a death threat if she said she was going to kill your soul. The black car could have stopped and then it could have been over for you but it didn't come back after making itself obvious to you. The knife under you pillow could have been left by one of the kids....ask them if they did and watch their reactions. Kids are awful liars.
On the other hand, if you receive genuine death threats then you must call the police and fill them in on the details completely.

No!! Dont call the cops!! In the first place, it was your fault for cheating on her, and you must say sorry!! You guys just think cheating on a girl is nothing, but it can ruin a girls life...
And anyways, I think you should call your girlfriend and calm her down...& tell her I'm sorry for cheating on yah and tell her that you should of told her that I want to break up with her rather than cheat on her. So, thats all I think...and I think your girlfriend is doing something wrong too.

What crime did your girlfriend commit?
Unless being overly dramatic is a felony in your jurisdiction, there was no wrongdoing on her part!
She told you she would "kill your soul" - all that means is that she will hurt your feelings in a very deep, serious and profound way that will haunt you for life. And then somebody in a car that looked like hers drove by your house.
There was no crime, so no, you can't call the cops on her!

Besides the fact that you're a jerk for even questioning if you should apologize to her, it is hard to feel sympathy for you. The only reason I am contributing to your inquiry is for the human fact that no one deserves to die. Break up with her because she deserves better than you and call the police if you feel your life is truly threatened.

You should definitely call the police and have her locked up...because she'll get out and come after you again, and you deserve to live in fear for what you've done to her...but she has no right to play god and take your life from you.
