Uncircumcised is a poor term. Natural is the proper term, circumcised means your penis foreskin has been unnaturally altered through surgery or a freaky accident.
Since over 2 billion men are "natural" and it is the natural way you should be, why should it stunt the growth of your penis? Those that have been but may appear bigger, but that is because the head of the shaft is more exposed, and allowed to expand more fully.

nope - if anythign having the extra skin gives more space for th epenis to grow into. but really, circumcision or lack thereof is not an element in determining penis length (unless the doctor cuts off way too much)

No. Staying intact actually means you have a bigger penis because you haven't cut part of it off. Duhhhh. Most of the men in the world are intact and that has always been the case. And they all have normal penises.

Certainly not. Growth of the penis depends on hormone levels in the blood and genetic considerations from your parents and their parents, etc. Circumcision does enhance the size of the glans (head) in some men. It also looks better and feels better. Circumcision gives you a full penile sensation in masturbation and sexual intercourse.

No - being uncircumcised will not affect the growth of your penis, except for the head, which is usually bigger and has a more pronounced rim in circumcised men. However, it is far better in every way to be circumcised. Circumcised men enjoy much better hygiene, comfort, appearance, self-esteem and both they and their female partners will enjoy FAR better sexual sensation. All men should be circumcised.
