this guy is homeless and im guessing that he is mentally ill too coz often i saw him like talkin by himself and i always wanted to hand him just about anything, pizza, cigarettes etc, one day i was suprised when i hand him a pizza, he said " are u sure?..hey Thanks....that time i feel good and bad, coz that mean this guy is sane....am i making him more lazy if i hand him something? is it a good or bad thing to do??hmmmm....?

I don't think it's a bad idea to be charitable. But, you have to be careful approaching strange people. Some people can act "sane" by holding a conversation and answering appropriately--but still be unpredictable and dangerous.
I have often given sandwiches and other food to the homeless. Like in your case, it was the same guy in the same place on my way to work. I assumed he was either mentally ill and on drugs. ( He slept under an interstate ramp). But, who cares?
As long as your heart was in the right place, you did a good deed. There are not too many good-deed-doers left in this judgmental world.

yeah thats a tough one, i hate going to the cities and seeing homeless people, but thats just how some of them want to be , some know no better, some are mentally ill and the list goes on.Why don't ya have a chat with him next time, ask him how he got where he was, don't judge just listen.see what he comes up with.and go from there. Cheers!

Never bad to hand out food and just becase he seemed ok does not mean he's ok the rest of the time.
