If You're Talking About The Current NXT Models, The Only Place You Can Get MindStorm Components Are Online, Speicifically The Official Lego Store (1)..
And I'm Not Sure If The Lego Stores Locations (2) Seperately Sell MindStorm Components, Since I've Visited Quite A Few A While Back And Didn't Notice Anything Of That Sort..
If You're Talking About The Older, Original MindStorm Sets, well, That's Kind Of Hard To Find Now..
But I Think You're Talking About The Current Ones, So Just Check With The Online Lego Shop For Your Specific Cable You'll Need (not sure what you mean by connecting it to the computer) And You Should Be On Your Way!
