Okay my sister is the biggest slob ever.
I went away for 2 months and when I came back I come to find that she didnt clean my dishes since when I left 2 months ago.

Im throwing away all forks spoons and butter knives and cups, but I have this china like plates setting and knives set, and some stainless still cookware that I really cant afford to throw away.

Anyone know what the best way to clean these is?

I was thinking since lysol kills 99% of all germs can I spray everything with lysol and then wash everything like twice.
Or can I use bleach.

Anyone tell me how I can clean all this stuff.
I spent like 200 on everything and like I said I cant afford to just replace it all.

Detergent as in Tide Laundry Detergent???
How long do I leave them soaking. in bleach?

And I could probably bribe someone to lend me their dishwasher...would that be better?

Bleach, water and soap will help disinfect it. A lot of soaking it should help get them clean. They use bleach in the restaurant business. I would keep your sister away from the dishes and leave out the paper stuff for her to use next time.

Don't throw any of it away, try this.Take the dishes and soak them in hot water---put some dishwashing detergent in it--not much, make sure it dissolves. Then just soak them.I wouldn't put bleach on good dishes unless I had to.When they have soaked, you will not the Lysol, they are not contaminated, just dirty,I feel sorry for the mess you have to handle. Please con't throw away anything that goes with such an expensive set--try this first..Hope it helps....

I'm assuming you don't have a dishwasher or access to a dishwasher, in which case, put it all in the bathtub, run straight hot water, add bleach and detergent and let it soak awhile, then drain it, get paper towels and wipe off the big chunks of crud, and then it should be ready to wash. Better yet, make your sister do it. without rubber gloves, if you're really ticked...

make a final rinse of clean water with some bleach in it, dip them in that, rinse them off and let them drip dry.

best wishes,
cryllie

I would boil a large pot of hot water and pour the water onto the dishes. Add only a small amount of bleach and some anti-bacterial dish soap. Let them soak for as long as the water stays hot.

Take a good quantity of salt and squeeze about two to three lemon in it. Then take a scrubber, dip it in the mixture and clean your utensils with it. If it won’t work then go for some acidic products that are available in the market. You can also try some yogurt, Rangoli (it is used in diwali), coal powder on your set.

Your husband reflects all of the same behaviors that my mom has, and she is clinically determined with melancholy. for that reason of her condition, i in my opinion offered a e book called Diagnostic and Statistical guide of psychological complications (DSM-IV) to appreciate extra of multiple psychological complications. No, your husband actually does not have Narcissism, which encompass behaviors that situation with self-admiration or self-centeredness. Nor does he have Asperger's Syndrome, that's an Austistic disease that specifically incorporates clumsiness in motor movements/gestures besides as struggles with social interactions. He would not have any panic behaviors in social settings, considering he does have an workplace pastime and he had no difficulty with courting you beforehand marriage. For helping him with the melancholy, do not as we talk carry a stern communication and order him into in search of counseling or remedy, doing so will basically make you seem to be "nagging" him back. Depressed human beings dislike being judged as "undesirable human beings" and have a tendency to coach faraway from comments that lead them to experience like you're making relaxing of them. extremely, once you seek for suggestion from with him, gently enable him the record of behaviors you've said and ask him what topics may be bothering him to the point of lacking his sensations of tangible soreness. tell him you're in touch, your previous comments were not meant to make relaxing of him or call him a foul man or woman. melancholy is a severe disease, not a humorous count number.
