WELL ITS NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK. YOU REALLY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE STUFF COMING OUT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR BABYS HEAD COMES. EVERY EMOTION WILL HIT YOU IN A MATTER OF SECONDS. YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOUR BABYS ALMOST HERE, BUT TERRIFIED THERE COULD STILL BE SOMETHING WRONG. ITS ALMOST LIKE YOU CANT BREATH. MY HUSBAND COULDNT WATCH WHEN OUR LAST DAUGHTER WAS BORN. SHE DIDNT WANT TO COME OUT AND I WAS IN EVERY POSSITION IMMAGINABLE. HE WAS PISSED AND THEN CRIED SINCE THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO TO HELP. ALL I CAN SAY IS DONT LEAVE HER SIDE. LOOK AT HER FACE HAVE HER CONCENTRATE ON YOUR FACE. IF YOUR LOOKING AT HER THEN YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHATS GOING ON DOWN THERE THATS WHAT THE DOCS ARE FOR. OR SIT BEHIND HER SUPPORTING HER FROM BEHIND. YOU CAN STILL HOLD HER LEGS UP WHEN SHE PUSHES AND SHE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE WHOLE TIME YOU WERE THERE, HOLDING HER, COUCHING HER, COMFORTING HER. AND YOU MISS ALL THE GOO AND GALORE OF HAVING A BABY. JUST REMEMBER TIME WILL STOP FOR THAT FIRST FEW MOMENTS WHEN YOU BOTH LAY EYES ON YOUR BABY. GOOD LUCK I HOPE ALL GOES WELL. ALSO TALK WITH YOUR PARTNER LET HER KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. IM SURE SHES TERRIFIED OF HAVING A BABY. AND IF YOU DO WATCH, DONT WORRY IT ALL GOES BACK THE WAY IT WAS IF NOT SMALLER. LOL.

loosen up...it truly is not as messy simply by fact the media and scientific expert actuality shows make it out to be. Oddly adequate, my nurse midwife chum says to take some dramamine once you're on your thank you to the hospital...drink diverse water (or coffee), and make certain you haven't any longer eaten a great meal in the past. you would be positive...if none of that's conceivable, in simple terms focus on your GF's top 0.5...stroke her hair, tell her a humorous tale, save her centred....that way while regardless of mess is wiped sparkling up, you are able to the two seem on the recent toddler on the comparable time...at the same time. solid success to you, and congratulations!
