Also, get into a habit of muscular endurance training, do push up, sit up or other ab workouts, anything that will assist you in the development of your muscles.

push ups. lots and lots of them. and some leg work outs to tone thighs and stuff. or, you could just go find some break dancers and ask them what they do. i just know that there is a lot of stretching involved.

i could attempt yoga with the aid of fact it grants very lots of power, stability, flexibility and administration. do no longer think of its in basic terms for women.
