He can do yoga or do any aerobic training that lengthens muscles. Not all excercise makes someone look muscular, and yoga is a good way to make yourself look more willowy. He could also wear concealer and make-up, as many JPOP stars do. Finally, he can change his wardrobe and wear, for example, tighter t-shirts and tighter, low-cut jeans. If he wants to make the jump into a girl, estrogen hormone supplements are the way to go!

You can take female hormones. You should really see a psychiatrist first to find out if you are really transgendered first. If you don't want to be "Girly" permanently, i would suggest trying to find a transgender boutique close to you. They can really do some amazing things to make you look as feminine as possible.
