I'm afraid there is no such way to get rich quick in England unless your buy a genuine ticket.

And the odds of winning are 14 million to 1

That is the problem I'm afraid when foreign nationals come to the UK, they think this is a rich and bountiful land were none of us nationals are poor.

I'm afraid the truth is very different, but accept my apologies for your loss and consider yourself educated from now on. As there is many scams that take place in the UK as well as the rest of the world.

Its a scam not a reall one. Unless you participate on a lottery then they send a certificate then it was true. Without you participating on any lottery and someone send you a cert that clearly indicate its a scam. Report to the authority emediately ! dont wait. Tell your transaction details to them. They will engage with Interpol to help find the culprits behind.

Sounds more like they have 'won' if you sent them the prize of money.

This scam has been around for so long, it is amazing that people are still being caught by it.

I am sorry, but there is almost no likelihood of you getting your money back.

Please keep your e-mails and please make a complaint to the police. It may help track down these criminals to protect people in the future.
