i can tell you my ideal school. one where when i get the child the parents have done the job they seem to think is my job- that of teaching proper respect, manners, morals, just to name a few. a school where i can spend time teaching subjects that are supposed to be taught and not have to slow the class down to a crawl to suddenly accomodate those children who have special needs but society has decided they need to be mainstreamed when they cant do the work, and they do disrupt the class.

Well, that kind of depends on what you want from a school, doesn't it? Just ask yourself what YOU want from your school, and go from there.
