Use it to do what? this will depend a lot on what you have been doing since you earned the degree...working in the field?
If not, it will depend on the job you want to apply for....so much has changed in terms of research tools, human genome, computer apps, technology, etc., that unless you have kept up with the innovations you will probably not be an asset to a company that is looking for a BS in Biology.
If you are trying to use this degree to get into grad school or prof. program, you must take pre-reqs for program within last 5 years, in general.
To increase your possibilities, why not take some classes to refresh your memory as well as learn new aspects.
