About 100 years ago it was considered a sin to have sex without marrige.

If you consider in Polynesia 150 years ago having sex with your brother/sister was considered OK, you will realize how much sex is a cultural thing. Most of our culture is based upon the bible and the prohibitions against sexual relations you describe above.
Our US culture seems to go in swings, becoming more liberal then more conservative. However, when we swing towards the liberal side, it is more than the swing back towards the conservative side. So over all, we have gotten more and more liberal over the past 200 years.
Today we debate the issue of gay marriage. The argument that is used is "if two consenting adults love each other then why can't they get married?" I see gay marriage not as an end to the debate but as one small step in a growing debate. Soon after our society accepts gay marriage, we will see a demand for other types of marriages. I imagine some of the minor Mormon groups and the Muslims will be in there demanding polygamy as a religious right. And it will not be too long either, before we see a brother and sister demanding to be married also because "they are two consenting adults who love each other and want to get married."
So, rather long winded but yes, I believe in 100 years having sex with whomever you want will be accepted.

No, it will never be okay. First, the gene pool basically stays the same, so the same genetic disorders are present in each generation. Reproducing outside of one's family prevents this. Also, it's repulsive, repugnant, and abhorrent. Societies throughout history have shunned incest; the connotations have not changed.

Incest has been repugnant for most societies for pretty much all of time. Attitudes towards pre-marital sex have ebbed and flowed.

That may surely happen in Europe but that will not happen in my Country.I am not God but my prayer is that that should not happen in my country.
