Rocky was great. Also Million Dollar Baby, but it's not a "feel good" movie.
Oh yeah, the John Voight/Ricky Schroeder movie was The Champ. I saw the end of that movie while sitting in Dublin Airprot for 6 hours. Talk about depressing.

Champion is good.
The Set Up (1949) with Robert Ryan - relatively unknown and underrated film - is probably my favorite.
Of recent vintage - Rocky, Million Dollar Baby

Definately Rocky. Rocky 4 is so much better than the others. Watched Rocky Balboa (6th one) and what a load of rubbish. I would of been so disappointed if I paid to watch this at the cinema.
