It's a tie between "What's Up, Tiger Lilly?" -- many, many years ago a Japanese movie that Woody Allen dubbed over the original language with English giving a funny perspective to all the various scenes, i.e. when a deep sea diver doubles over in pain because he was down too deep in the ocean, Woody dubs in the diver saying "ouch, I have a bad case of diarrhea, where's the Pepto Bismol?" (or something along those lines).
The other movie in the tie is "Something About Mary" -- Ben Stiller is a riot!
