Captain Carl! Because Phil Hartman was hillarious! After him I'd say Jambi.

"Oh, a sailor travels to many lands,
Any place he pleases.
And he always remembers to wash his hands,
So's he don't gets no diseases!"

Pardon me, cuz I'm laughing my a** off, since my daughter (just turned 14) turned to me at dinner tonight and proclaimed that Jambi was her favorite Pee Wees Playhouse character, and in true fashion to her it had absolutely nothing to do with the current conversation at hand.

For MY answer though, King Cartoon, true pimpin style

Does Pee-wee's bike count as a character? Didn't think so, my opinion Pee-wee's bike is the coolest thing on that show. It sure isn't Pee-wee,who got caught with his pee-wee hanging and arrested. Are you wiping up what I just sprayed down? 'Lol
