I like working for companies with more than the usual amount of paid vacations, like one week every three months as opposed to one per year. I also like working for companies with higher than usual number of paid sick days, for instance 20 or more per year as opposed to just 10 or something. Salary is important too, and the work environment. I like bosses that don't just fire me on the spot for small potatoes types of things.

Something that I will truly enjoy instead of just a job. That will be the big pay off of school. I guess a sense of pride would be great. Oh yeah and more money!!!!

In my next job??? Hell I am trying to figure out how I can liberate myself from slavery all together. I do not want a "next" job.

That i feel comfortable at space i would have to work in.
A clean work space.
Not too noisy. And not too many people to deal with.
Designing stuff and such would seem a lot of fun.

I want to work first shift--I have been on second shift for nearly 5 years. YUCK
I want a decent salary, but it can be substantially less than what I am making now.
I want weekends off. Every weekend.

something very part time. that will work around my school schedule. and give me days off when I need them. And then--doesn't suck. A job that I absolutely won't hate. I don't have to like it though.
