i need an employer in melbourne, Australia who can grant me a working visa. I am a Medical Scientist and only have a tourist visa.. please help me..

Hmmm... this is not easy, since you only have a tourist visa here in Australia, so you will still need to go back to your home country to be able to change your visa status. Moreover, it is Christmas period, when most people are out on holiday, making it hard to meet the person in charge in regards to employment.
I am attaching 3 employment websites that may be able to help you in regards to jobs. Unfortunately I do not have much info in regards to health industries, but it is a start.
