It is probably only a pimple.

But if you are worried GO TO THE DOC.

Consider the options- shyness in front of a doctor against painful early death if it is cancer. If it is cancer then you will have to get used to lots of people seeing your breasts.

Up to you to decide whether your health or your shyness are more important.

It will probably just be either an in grown hair, a pimple, or a small cyst. Would you be too shy to go to your doctor if other people told you it could be cancerous? It is a lump and on your breast. It is ALWAYS a good idea to go to your doctor with things like this. Chances are it isn't malignant but do you really want to take the risk because you're a little embarrassed?

Try putting a warm compress on it several times a day or taking warm baths to soak it. If it doesn't improve, after a few days go to the doctor. It could be an ingrown hair or something like that, or a cyst. Don't jump to thinking of the worst, scariest thing. It's probably not. It's more likely to be a local infection of some kind.

if it is a pimple put some pimple medication on it. a cream like an oxy product. you shouldn't try to pop it-it isn't good to pop any pimple. it is painful cause it is inflammed. just let it run its course. it should start to go away. if it was cancer it wouldn't typically be on the outside and look like a pimple. you can also put a warm wash cloth on it. not to hot though the last thing you want to do is burn your breast. the best thing to do is put the cream on it and leave it alone.

You may not be aware of this yet, being so young, but women can and do get stray hairs around their nipples...

If you apply moist heat to it like a zit and it get's a head, you know what it is. If not, see a doctor.

Sounds like an ingrown hair to me though. don't be shocked if it is... just tweeze it.

tumors usually dont just pop up within 3 days so it's probably a zit but give it a few days if it doesnt get better see a doctor, it wont be the first breast he or she has seen

Doctors have studied the human body for 10+ years.
They are not fazed by you.

Take some time, give it 5 days. if it gets worse, or doesn't go away, for peace of mind, consult a doctor.

Good luck to you!

Give your G.P. surgery a ring and find out if they have their own nurse. The nurse will have a look at it first, and she will know if you need to see the doctor, and if you do she will stay with you. This should help with the embarrassment.
