It does not sound normal...is there any possibility that he has been molested sexually? As a parent, I know, it is our worst nightmare, but a child having to keep the shame and guilt inside is even worse.

My son was molested by another child at a pricey $100 a week state-of-the-art daycare when he was younger and started acting out and we didn't suspect or have a clue until my ex caught the situation happening in a playhouse on the school grounds when he went to pick up our son early. I got him into counseling and it helped him, and me, work through the process and all is well now.

It depends on if the thoughts are violent. You say hes a good boy and you talk to him, but how long until he acts on some of his thoughts. If hes having just sexual thoughts that's natural. If it worries you to the point where you don't know what to do, then you should ask a psychologist or research into the behavior more. People will tell you he's fine others will tell you it's not okay, based on their own beliefs. Do what you feel is right for your child.

I'm wondering what kinds of bad thoughts about sex, but anyway I think he really needs to see a school counselor. Because he has issues that really need to be dealt with. My son is 6 and he knows the difference of what he should feel bashful about when it comes down to girls. So get him to talk to someone and I'll keep you guys in my prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!

hes probably developing early,10 is early.but it's suppose to be the new 14.I think hes confused with still being a child and hormones starting to rage.what you told him already was pretty good advice.just tell him try and stay a child a little longer ,because he doesn't want to get old and miss all that fun.

I really think he needs to talk to a therapist. It may be just a phase, but it seems like a therapist would really help him.
