On Internet Explorer
Click tools menu, select Internet options
Click Clear History

if your are using IE 7 go to Tools -> Internet Options -> in the General tab and in the Browsing History area, click Delete then in the Delete History Window click Delete History

Highlite the address, right mouse click, select delete.
