Dreamed of falling, and your whole body jerks awake? Like I dreamed I was walking and then I fell down the stairs and it scares the crap out of me. I hate that.

Yes, I had two dreams: one I was flying down a river with my own power, then at the end I jerked up and rose away from it. The second one was going to the edge of a cliff away from everyone, and I decided it was better to jump. I fell a ways, but thats when I woke up.
Interesting note: I have heard that when you hit the bottom you die, really, you don't wake up. I haven't heard if that's true or an urban legend.

Yes, this is a common dream. I used to have a recurring dream that I was falling down a snowy hill. I would wake up just in time to hit the floor as I fell off the bed lol

Yes. Many times I have dreamt of falling off a bridge in a car into the water. I always wake up just before I hit the water.

yes! right before I fall asleep or when I'm waking up from a deep sleep I feel like something is pulling me down.

Yeah, I've had similar experiences. I have one where a hand comes out from under the bed and tries to pull me off and under the bed. It freaks me out, I hate it.
