There is a saying, "Do not let the sun go down on your anger".....
I have found that it shows up in dreams and plagues the dreamer with uncontrollable "entities"... and I don't mean they become possessed, but they experience nightmares......
So, yes...... It is better to forgive and forget.....
To forgive is to be forgiven when the time is right...... as is to do unto others.....

YES!!The pills wont help. Killing does something very bad to a persons psyche. For one thing it makes it easier and sometimes necessary to kill again. For a second thing you never forget it; it eats on one. You know you are different than others who haven't killed and that sets you aside, in your own mind in a negative way,in comparison with others.
If it was an illegal killing I can imagine that makes it worse. You have no one to share your knowledge with. If you are a war veteran you do have others to commiserate with even to celebrate having killed an enemy.But even that doesn't last. It is a natural instinct in a human to feel killing another human as being dreadfully wrong.FORGIVE!

Please oh please forgive man. I've had visions, dreams, nightmares, fantasies, and daydreams about killing many individuals including my significant other. *love ya boo* Usually in about 5 minutes I love him again. You'll regret the idea ever came into your mind. You still might need a pill though!

Yeah. It's better to do so. Why go thru so much trouble hurting yourself when all you need is to place down that sense of anfer and grief.

acknowledge GOD in evrything goodworks you aredoing and you will be able to forgive yourself and the other people by ignoring them.by believing JESUS you will live by grace of GOD.more superior than anything man knows.
