Tylenol has no effect on the menstrual cycle. It is pain killer and birth control pills are a pseudo-hormone. They are in two entirely different categories of medicine.

analgesics have no effect on birth control medication..
on the contrary if you dont take the pill you may need an analgesic for the headache you now have.
