At what age can a minor work and receive pay in Inglewood, California?

I don't know about Cali Law but in Florida, at 14, I could only work weekends. At 16, I could work like 20 or 30 hours a week, but want to go with 20 hours. No matter the situation, you can't legally work during school hours.
