Yes I think she is famous because Billy Ray Cyrus since he was a country singer along with having his own show called Doc. So when she is seen with him then she would be famous.

Yes. Having the same name as someone already in the business is a huge help; plus the fact that they've stated that she is Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter helps her to be famous. He's the only reason she is who she is and got her own show. It's all about who you know and how you do things in the business. Doesn't matter if you really have talent or not anymore. Anything can be changed with technology

No i dont think so. Because ive never even heard of her dad before her show came out. [i dont know basically any country singers] She is a pretty good singer and an excellent actress. Shes a different kind of celebrity. One that seems sort of different then the typical kind you see on TV. Plus she has her own show that she sings and acts on. She has to be talented to do that.
