1) 25/4%. Assuming that you meant (25/4)%, then it's:
(25/4) x (1/100). If you write that out, you can cancel out the 25 with the 100. So then you wind up with (1/4) x (1/4) = 1/16 = 0.0625

2) 12.5% = 12.5 x 1/100 = 12.5/100 = 125/1000 = 0.125
