Yes, why not.
Hit a "six" on a no ball. or run three runs and and do another over throw for a "four" runs. and if it is a no ball you can even score 8 runs on a ball.
You can also score 10 runs with run 3 runs + wide/no ball + 6 overthrows. Assumption is that player will get to the ball by time batsman completes 3 runs, however players can run for 4 runs or even 5 runs.
In fact , in cricket you can run any amount of runs until the ball is not dead.

The batsman hits the ball and take 3 runs. The fielder fields the ball and throw at the wicket. The ball does not hit the stump and cross over the boundary. Thus batsman gets 7 runs, i.e. 3 runs he has gained by running and 4 runs as a result of overthrow.

yeah!
1.Run between wickets for 3 runs and get 4 runs off overthrow due to fielders mistake to throw it across boundary totalling 7 runs.
2.Run between wickets for 7 runs provided the ball is not dead.
I am sure it is possible only if fielders are throwing balls like crazy or no one has gone to pick the ball or u become a Krish or superman kind of thing. cricket laws doesnot limit the numbers of runs scored by running between wickets untill ball is dead.
A six off a noball or a wide will fetch 7 runs off 0 ball not1 ball as it will not be counted.

6 runs + Wide or no ball = 7 runs
but a wide + 6 seems highly unlikely...
