No, I can't, as you haven't answered any of my questions. However, I can give you some guidelines:
Start out by using correct capitalization and punctuation. I have found that it's a great way to impress askers.
Next, always be an expert in what you answer. If you know nothing about cooking sauerkraut, don't answer anything about reubens.
Finally, use the advanced search function. It's at the bottom of the toolbar at the top. Look past the search bar and click on Advanced. Type in something that you are an expert in (I type Pink Floyd), click the bubble for only Open answers at the bottom radio menu. Search. Click on questions that you can answer.
There is never any guarantee that you will be picked at best answer, but well-thought out answers with impressive grammar and good information will get you closer.
One more thing: NEVER copy and paste. Some people get best answer for these, but they're rarely chosen.
