I run my own home business as a time management/healthy foods consultant.
I work with busy people, mostly moms. I teach them time management techniques so they have more time to cook rather than hitting the drive thru or popping something in the microwave. I show them that cooking from scratch does NOT mean being in the kitchen all day. I also teach them to read labels and understand what the hard to pronounce ingredients actually are so they can make smarter choices as consumers. There is a lot of junk out there disguised at health food.
I have a really cool idea for a restaurant and I'd like to make it a reality but I don't know how I'll ever do it. It would also be cool to be an organic farmer. :)

I want to open a Recycle and Repair shop. I want to hire people that can repair televisions, sew up clothing, repair stereos and other electronics, you name it they can fix it. Gluing porcelain figurines back together, anything under the sun. Where there's a will there's a way. Also we would have bins of paper, aluminum cans, all sorted that we take to be recycled at the recycling center. We would not really sell any products, just services.

I often think about what I'd do if I were to win the lotery. & the answer is that I'd quit my job & open a business to have an occupation!
