we are small chartered accountant firm , we are having delay in our work completion,time waste, how use spare time?

You might want to get organized first, make a list of your projects and their deadlines. Divided the work among office staffs and junior accountant and/or bookkeepers. Use the spare time to market your firms service and attract new clients. Thus, make your firm grow!

prioritize u r work. prepare a time table and divide the work between or among partners. review the progress and depends on the situation u may amend u r work structure. under any circumstances adhere to the schedule given to the clients and also for filing returns with different authoriries. u might have done pert and cpm in u chartered accountancy. apply these techniques to minimize watage of time. clients confidence is more important. try to win that to improve u r practice. all the best.

When one is having only a small enterprise, he can manage it perfectly. Perfect management of an enterprises depends on the proprietor's enthusiasm. But when it is not tha path of one's earnings, management would be poor. Keep your heart on it, if you can.
