Saints

You can't answer that question because in this day and age in the NFL there are so many Offseason transaction anything can happen and anyone can go anywhere. So many releases and free agency signings. I don't see how you can answer this question unless you expect both teams to have the same exact roster, if that is so then it is the saints because by then Bush should have gotten the feel for the game and same for the other rookies. Brees should be in a good rhythm with his WRs and the defense should improve with chemistry

Easy answer the New Orlean Saints

Neither team is complete. The saints front seven (defense) is not great, and the bears are injured on defense, and struggle on offense. Take Carolina or New York if they make it.
