Yes it's far fetched and no it is not even remotely possible.
Except for that split personality thing.

I dont know if its possible to have those particular gifts, but, it is certainly possible for man to evolve to a state of "super" humanness. Compared to models of man as theorized be evolution, we have evolved into what early man would believe to be "super" human. So it only stands to reason that the evolutionary process can take us to heights unimaginable at this time.

Far fetched? Not in the slightest, in fact it is one of the more plausible representations of such things I have seen.
Such things are quite possible...
