This uses a wiki technology that allows you to easily edit/add content to your website. They do put very small google text ads on your page if you choose to go the FREE route.

Create your webpage first of all!
If you don't have a domain take it from site like 'coz.in' for free.
Then host a page from 'geocities'. Upload ur page there.
Go to your domain in 'coz.in' give the geocities address provideed to you.
