nope. i find that i may have the best prepares comeback or speech and in the process of speaking it all gets jumbled up. i must say that i have gotten quite better at this. i think it just takes practice, and maybe a little luck :)

HE HE HE - Yes and no. Then again not really. Maybe I can - but I don't. Then again - with some friends (and my sister) we can all be talking and finishing sentences for each other with dozens of conversations going on - hearing, knowing, understanding - all at the same time.
When I am really speaking - i.e eloquent or something like that - I am not thinking. It just flows.

not about something i'm not talking about. while i'm speaking, i'm thinking about what to say. so if you mean "think" as in thinking about other things that is unrelated to the words that come out of my mouth than no.
