I have a co-worker who keeps bothering me for no reason. I already told my supervisor about him and he had a talk with him. We both agreed that I didnt want him talking to me anymore. So far he hasn't said anything to me, but instead he likes to go to my other co-worker and say stuff about me and he comes and tells me what he said. And tonight, I told him off and said that he needs to quit messing with me and saying stuff behind my back and say it to my face instead. Then he just walked off and didnt say anything. I never did anything to him. I just come to work , do my job and go home. I'm a very quiet person and never bother anybody, even my supervisor knows that.

put something in writing to your supervisor that you are being harassed by this person and that if it continues you will have no choice but to quit the job and draw unemployment until you can find another job. I think you can do that but check with the unemplyment office in your state to make sure that is a legitimate reason to quit. Put a date on that and keep a copy for yourself as well.
If you work for a large enough company, you might consider contacting someone above your supervisor with that as well. The fact that it is so bad that you consider quitting may make him take action if they know that they will possibly have you quit and have to pay the workman's comp. If they do take you up on that you probably would be better off in another job anyhow!!

I think put a request in writing that this behavior (talking to other co-workers about you) stop.

Also, give a copy of the letter to HR.

I don't think you should threaten to quit.

Your supervisor should fix this.

Your supervisor should be more involved....this is harassment.
