Places around Mumbai there are so many that it will require full night to write about. We did around 20 trackings (every consecutive week) during one monsoon season.

Anyway some are Materan, Harischandra Gad (if you are trekking type person - This is best time to go there), Khandala, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar and so on..
