It's funny how some people keep saying this person is nice or that person is nice when that person isn't. He beat you physically and you still call him nice? Come on. It's like someone who do all nice things but he cheats on you and you still stay with that person. This person has mental problems if he touches you like that and throw things and break things. I never ever touch a woman in a violent way whatsoever. And all my friends never loy a finger on their girls also. If it ever comes the point I have to hit her then I leave her and find someone else that won't get me that angry. So this is not a nice guy. Ok? Remember if you miss him or still choose to stay with him it's you who are insecure and lack self-respect and self-love. If you know someone whom you love very very much and that person keeps hanging out with a man who physically baets that person you love , would you tell that person that the guy who beats the person you love is nice??? And that the person you love should stick around anyway??? Do youself a favoer and start loving yourself instaed of the abuser. And if you can't do it then seek counseling.

Feeling of Scared and lonely is not new as there are different stages and regions in the mind. Take for example that the whole universe (not merely sky) is the mind and trying to travel all recessess of the mind is awesome. Once I have had this type of feeling and when I started searching God and his immense services to the earth and lively beings (not merely human) I got a bolt from blue- I found that there is nothing except God on this earth. When I felt that all these are of God and there is nothing of mine, I found he treats me affectionately, giving me what I deserve (not needs) and takes back what I don't deserve, I lost my fear for death or accidents or even hungry - poverty. I left home for the world, but He came with me as a servant by providing whatever I needed, without asking. There is only God on this Universe and there is nothing other than Him. Give yourself to him so he returns whatever makes you happy that you deserve from your dedicated humanity. Always utter his name on your lips - without break, while eating, while walking, while sleeping, bathing and during the course of all your action, utter his name - not prayers - but the two or three letter words that belongs to his several names.

Now would be a good time to find yourself, find your God and what you believe in. Friends and love comes in time but you will never truly be ready for a relationship until you are so comfortable in your life that you are ok being alone to do simple things like go to the movies, eat at a restaraunt.
