Some people do think that Kabuto is gay...but in the anime, I don't think that's the case. Kabuto is most likely just jealous that Sasuke gets to be Orochimaru's container. Kabuto was Orochimaru's servant long before Orochimaru even got to Sasuke, so I'm guessing that Kabuto thinks that he should be Orochimaru's container if Sasuke doesn't come because of the whole loyalty to the master thing

Yes now that you mention it there is a possibility that he is gay and probably wants orochimaru for himself.

um, no he isn't. It's more like he really looked up to Orochimaru, and wanted to become useful to him. Ure really sick minded ^_^;;...
