Multiple universes may exist in the same time frame.
If each are different quantum states, anti-time could be postulated.
Presently, most studies are mathematical hypothesis and conjectures, quantum theories and alternative philosophies. Prevalent technology has yet to reach a stage to verify their existence.

I myself have never heard of it but imagine it similar with regard to anti matter, or anti gravity or all the polar oppisites of anti psuedo science.
My guess is that if it did exist it would be the medium in which we could travel into the past
