Sadly, all components/support for Windows 98 ended mid-last 2006. You'll have to get a new OS (Operating System) if the game is not compatable at the minute. My recommendation, buy a new budget or second hand PC.

Trust me, you will spend MORE money upgrading an old PC running Windows 98 than you will buying a new PC.
Buying even the cheapest Dell or HP computer is going to be many times faster than what you have now. Best of all, it will come bundled with a free OEM copy of Windows XP Home.
Just make sure the system has 512MB of RAM at the bare minimum.

Good luck finding a processor for such an old machine. First, you have to get some specs on the hardware, and then you go from there.
-To find System info in 98: Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel. In Control Panel, click on System.
-After you have some system specs, try searching http://www.newegg.com or http://www.tigerdirect.com . You could also try a local PC shop.
The cheapest Dell or HP PC ($499 USD) would be able to run your software by using the backward compatibility functionality built into WinXP.

When you get your new computer, use Firefox for your browsing to keep it fast.
Firefox is much safer and than Internet explorer, due to the fact that it is less open to spyware and adware, malicious software that makes your computer slow.
Browsing the Internet with Internet Explorer exposes your computer to these types of software, simply by browsing the internet. This is because IE is not as well written as Firefox and because it is installed with almost every computer that is bought in a store, so it is what most people use. Since most people use it, it is targeted by the writers of this harmful software who wish to use your computer as a spam/pornbot or sell you something.
Not really your question, but it majorally annoys me when people waste a perfectly good computer, and I don't want you to fall into this trap!
