The white one, it will accent the black skirt and make the black lace stand out.

Don't wear a black or white top if everything else is all black. Wear another colour like pink or blue. If you ONLY have black or white than wear white, you are not going to a funeral!

don't wear either, buy a silver metallic tank and wear under the shawl with some silver pumps with that a nice pursre with those same colors. and what ever you do, don 't wear more than 2 colors.

I think the white one there is more of a contrast and makes it a more interesting outfit instead of it all being black.
