I hear Denny Laine isn't doing anything...

Here's a thought, maybe Linda was holding back Wings, not her fault, Paul insisted she share the stage with him, even though she had no musical talent...

Maybe he can really rock out with Wings...I think he can do it...when a musician goes through a lot of emotional turmoil, they produce the best music (Phil Collins was separate from his first wife, when he came up with In the air tonight)

He need to work out all this nasty Heather business...what better way, than in song...

It is possible since a lot of older stars reform their bands and take them out for tours on occasion, and don't listen to anyone who says that 60+ is too old. The Stones and The Who have changed all that ageism stuff in Rock music, and that's the tip of the iceberg. Many other 60's/70's era acts go on the road on occasion still, most with only a fraction of their original lineup if any at all!

Back to the question....I doubt McCartney would reform Wings because Linda was a part of it, it wouldn't be the same for Paul with Linda not there, plus I think the fans are content just seeing Paul on occasion on the road doing a variety of his older Beatles/Wings/and solo material along with fresh material and with the occasional new Album.

In conclusion...I doubt he would reform Wings for a reunion tour, but I would not rule it out 100% unless he says he'll never do it.

He's in his 60s and in the midst of a nasty divorce and custody battle with that golddigging floozy Heather Mills. I don't think he'd be worried about reforming a band right now.

No. He needs to lie down and take a nap. What once was will never be again.
