I have completed my 3 years diploma after 10 years schooling. Then I started my career. Thereafter, I completed bachalor's degree and masters through correspondence.
Currently, I have more than 10 years of experience in IT industry.
Will I be eligible for H1B visa?

Quite possibly. H1B eligibility depends as much on the industry and geographic location you are trying to go to, what type of domestic workers are available therein, and your employer as it does on your own specific qualifications. On the face of things, however, it does sound as if you at least have the basics for your potential employer to make a case for eligibility.

I have got 12 years of full time experience, I am a certified PMP, I filed a patent at USPTO last year, and the company I work for is a highly reputed one.
Will I be considered for a H1B ??
