I think I have to agree with your order. The Simpsons and Family Guy are great shows, but there are still a few episodes that aren't as good as the rest, while every single episode of Futurama is a guaranteed win. In my mind, there never has been a bad Futurama episode, so Futurama has to win for consistancy.

Family Guy is way to random but it's funny. I love The Simpsons because it sticks to a story unlike Family guy.. Futurama to me for some reason is not that funny as the same with American dad.. Sooo I would say The Simpsons is th best..
