Hello,
Try this page http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password.htm
You will make either a floppy disk or cd to boot the computer to the drive with the new floppy or cd. Once the utility is booted, you should find instructions for resetting or deleting the problem password.
Good luck

Start your computer in safe mode. Turn it off and then back on again. It will tell you that F10 (I think,) is the button you need to press AS SOON AS YOU SEE THAT SCREEN. After that, go to control panel, then go to user accounts and create a new password from there. Good luck!!

What OS are you using now?

If it is Windows NT, 2000 and XP, you can try to go to safe mode by typing F8 when system about to bootup.

Type Administrator and no password.

If not, you might need a software to crack it.

After you enter windows, click Start->log out.
After logging out you should be given a list of users with whom you can log in.
