Given I'm stressed and I just cried for two days straight--I wouldn't suggest that. (Way too stressed...)
Typically what I do is workout, take a bubble bath or nap. Napping is great. But I always make sure to get to whatever is stressing me. If it's a project I need to get done or something that needs to be taken care of, I make sure to put it in my planner, on my calendar and my to-do list and get it done or taken care of.
I have recently failed to do this, which would explain my two day cry-spree... I'm going to do a combo here. I just took a bubble bath so now I'm going to go to bed. I'll tend to my stresses in the morning.
Seriously though, working out is wonderful--you feel better, you destress and over time--you look great.
A bubble bath is a nice relaxing fix.
The nap/going to bed... Yea, that's just running away from it, but that's a temporary fix that is pretty nice, too.
Go destress yourself--don't bottle it up or you'll end up like me. Super stressed and the only outlet is to ignore it until the bottle explodes and that's just not good. Headaches and just... yuck..

Take some "time out". Get away on my days off and do only what I want to do. Window shop, go see a movie, spend time alone and away from whatever is stressing me. That kind of clears my head and I think of how to solve or lessen my stressors. Talking with a good friend sometimes helps, but working out ur problems on ur own, I think, is better. It is easier to think when ur alone for a while. Good luck.

Hold your breath for ten seconds for immediate help. Suck on a nicotine lozenge if you have to. But they are addictive so thats not a real great idea.

go take a bath with a bunch of bubbles and lay down and close ur eyes think of a place where you would wunna go and juss imgine yourself there and what you would do, but dont fall asleep!

Clean, clean, and then clean some more. Or sometimes I eat but mostly clean. I should take up jogging again though. My house is spotless.
