We got an orchid in a ceramic pot for a gift,small black lava looking stones on top of the protuding roots.?

How do we take care of this beauty?It has small white flowers with a blackish"tounge".

Google "phalenopsis orchid care" you should find all sorts of info.
They are much hardier than they look. I have thirty or so (they happen to be addictive as well, ha ha) - and mine do well with a minimum of care compared to other plants.
