1)By running between the wickets for five times,
2)By hitting boundry on a no ball,
3)If the wicket keeper place his helmet behind the wickets or behind him(wicket keeper) and the batsman hits the ball directly on it , the umpire declares 5 runs.

If you hit a boundary on the No Ball, 5 runs are accrued. Otherwise Batsman runs 3 runs after hitting the ball. The fielder picks up the ball and throw, which results in overthrow and batsman again runs 2 runs before the ball is fielded and sent
back to the wicket keeper or bowler.

A single + an overthrow to boundary results 5,
If a n edge from your bat hits to the helmet placed behind the wicket keeper gives you 5 runs,
If possible you can also run between the wickets and take 5 (possible if overthrew by fieldsmen),
( Note that a hitting a no ball to the boundary will not give 5 runs to the BATSMAN, only 4 to the batsman & 1 as extra )

You can run between the wickets five times, or hit a four off a no-ball or wide. In the second case, the batting side gets five runs but the batsman himself only gets four, with the other run being added to the extras.
